If the search in the Knowledge Base does not provide a suitable article for your problem or question, you can send a request to our technical support team through the 'Submit a Ticket' form using your Support Center account (you will need to register).

1. To get access to the ticket registration form, please, log in to the Support Senter, using the email address and password you provided during registration.



2. Click a 'Submit a Ticket' icon



3. In the ticket registration form provide as much information as possible. If you report a problem, please provide as much information as possible about it, including necessary files, screenshots, logs, etc. This will give the opportunity to solve your problem in the shortest possible time.



After you have finished entering all the necessary information about the problem, you must click the 'Submit' button.

Technical support staff will see the new application in their personal account and take it to work. A confirmation of the ticket's successful registration will be sent to your email, that was specified during registration on the Support Center.


Question:
How can I get information about the release of new products and the release of new versions of already existing products?

Answer:
In the News section (and in the 'Latest Updates' section on the Support Center's main page) we publish up-to-date information on the release of new products and new release versions of our existing products, news about our company's participation in major IT events and customer feedback.

You can subscribe to receive news from our Support Center by email in the following ways:

1. Without registration

In the LogIn form go to the "Subscribe" tab, enter your email address and click the "Send" button. You will need to confirm your email address (click the link from the email).



2. After account registration

Log in to your personal account, click the 'Preferences', select 'Yes' in the 'Subscribe to Newsletter' setting, click 'Update'.



After that, all the news from our Support Center will be sent to your email immediately after publication.
If you have any problems (error, failure) with one of our systems or you have a question about how the system works (settings, architecture, fault tolerance, etc.), we recommend the following procedure to find a solution using our Support Center:

1. Try to find a solution or an answer in our Knowledge Base - simply use the search field on the Support Center's main page, provide key information in the search field (error code or error value, you question) and press 'Search'.



2. If the search in the Knowledge Base does not provide a suitable article for your problem or question, you can send a request to our technical support team through the 'Submit a Ticket' form using your Support Center account (you will need to register). After ticket registration, our technical support specialists will provide all the necessary information to solve the problem or answer the question.

Question:
I have an idea for implementation of new system feature. How can I send it to the developers?

Answer:
You can describe all your wishes regarding the system's modifications by creation a ticket on our  Support Center. It is necessary to describe in detail the scenario that needs to be implemented. The support team will forward your wishes to the development team for consideration. If the proposed feature does not disagree with the development plans of our products, it will be included in the development plans, and the type of ticket will be changed to “Feature Request”.

Our site, like most others, uses cookies and other similar technologies to provide services that best meet your needs, as well as to accumulate statistical information to analyze and improve our services and sites.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use this website, which is operated by Indeed Identity, how and why our site uses it, who the data is disclosed to and how we protect your privacy.

Time, during which your personal data will be stored is 24 months. After finishing with the processing of your personal data, the website’s administration will permanently delete it. If the data was transferred to a third party, which is not associated with our organization, we cannot perform any changes to that data.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

    We may also collect information on how you use our website, which pages of our website you visit most, in order to understand what you like. We will not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or collected. We will only retain the personal data that serves a legitimate purpose (e.g. applicable legal regulations may require the retention of data or some data may be necessary for the purposes of billing outstanding amounts).

After 2 years from the moment of the visit of our website, we at its sole discretion delete your personal data or anonymize it.

We will also delete your personal data within 30 calendar days upon receiving your request for data erasure.

Cookies processing

In order to improve our services, to provide you with more relevant content and to analyse how visitors use our website, we use cookie files for the correct display of the website’s content and for the convenience of browsing our site. They are small files that are stored on your device. They help the website to remember information about you, such as in which language you use the website and which pages have you already opened. We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, without advance notice and any modifications are effective when they are posted on our website.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy including as part of the new European data protection legislation which will start to apply on 25 May 2018 (the “General Data Protection Regulation”).

Feedback and final clauses

You need to register your Support Center account to get access to the tickets creation.

To register, do the following:

1. Сlick the 'Register' icon on the Support Center 's main page or follow the link https://support.indeed-id.com/Base/UserRegistration/Register



2. In the registration form enter your first name and last name, valid email address, the password (it will be used to log in), enter the code from the image (CAPTCHA) and click the 'Register' button.



3. A confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address. You'll need to open up the confirmation email and verify your account.

After receiving confirmation email, you will be able to log in to your Support Center's personal account and register new tickets.
