HTTP 404 error when trying to log in to self-service (icmservice)

Description:
The user directory is in Active Directory.
The following error occurs when attempting log in to self-service:

Error:
HTTP 404 Not Found

Solution:
The error states that a user who tries to access the self-service is missing the Axidian CertiFlow user directory.

  1. Run Indeed CM Setup Wizard.
  2. Switch to User catalog -> Active Directory.
  3. Make sure that LDAP path to container or unit with users is specified correctly.
  4. If LDAP path is correct then verify the user location in Active Directory.
