Description:
The user directory is in Active Directory.
The following error occurs when attempting log in to self-service:
Error:
HTTP 404 Not Found
Solution:
The error states that a user who tries to access the self-service is missing the Axidian CertiFlow user directory.
- Run Indeed CM Setup Wizard.
- Switch to User catalog -> Active Directory.
- Make sure that LDAP path to container or unit with users is specified correctly.
- If LDAP path is correct then verify the user location in Active Directory.
